1. Submit monthly income and expenses statements;
2. Pay the required payment to the trustee;
3. Attend 2 financial counselling sessions;
4. Provide the necessary tax infomation to the trustee;
5. Co-operate with the trustee;
6. Attend the meeting of creditors if one is requested;
7. Advise the trustee of any change in your address or phone number.
